These are my companies. I&#8217;ve been self-employed my whole working life and that&#8217;s how I like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But this is a personal site, so&#8230; I grew up in California and live in <a href=\"https:\/\/duckduckgo.com\/?q=texas+landscapes&amp;t=h_&amp;iar=images&amp;iax=images&amp;ia=images\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/duckduckgo.com\/?q=texas+landscapes&amp;t=h_&amp;iar=images&amp;iax=images&amp;ia=images\">Texas<\/a> with my wife and son. Books, nature, basketball \u2014 <strong>sometimes I paint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interesting bit: This site came about as an experiment in hosting WordPress <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/stevengliebe\/stevengliebe.github.io\">statically<\/a> to see if I could achieve a free website.
